PRICING POLICIES

-we reserve the right to change pricing and policies without any prior notice

-we will not be held responsible for any descrepincy in pricing caused by software or otherwise

SHIPPING POLICIES

-we reserve the right to substitue products for like products, should suply be scarce or products become unavailable

-most orders require at least one day to process

-items ordered after 3:00pm on weekdays will be processed on the following business day

-likewise, orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day

-we will not be held responsible for orders that do not arrive to their destinations on time due to holiday shipping rush, or for any other reason

RETURN POLICY

-we reserve the right to change a 15% fee for restocking our merchandice for any and all returns or exchanges on all returns except those for defective merchandice only

-we do not refund any shipping fees, insurance fees or other  taxes or duties charged

-in the case of damaged or defective merchandise which we will replace it at no additional cost to you

-we will not accept any package for return without prior approval from our returns department at Lipco@aol.com (please include your name, number, email address and order number in your email)

-we will not accept any package for return that does not contain your order number printed plainly on the outside of the package
